Started back Monday, 11-5, with green smoothies, salad and fruit throughout the day. Actually rode the stationary bike for 20 minutes...it felt ok since I had the cortisone shot in my knee last week. AND, I am hoping to start water aerobics at the YMCA with L & R very soon. Still waiting for my I.S. kit. Absolutely could not resist more than a few of those damn Hershey miniatures, but, I did give away all of the rest of the candy after that. :<
93.0 kg Lost so far: 21.8 kg.    Still to go: 25.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I just had a cortisone shot in my heel last week too. Dr. Told me to not walk -exercise - on it for two weeks :( really bringing me down . . . Good luck to you. Sounds like you're doing great!!
