When I went to the gym yesterday I had my BIA checked. I was pretty bummed out, as it showed that I have around 40% body fat. The Trainer told me that I need to add weight bearing exercises such as Circuit Training to my schedule. I've been doing Aerobic exercising (Zumba)at least 4 times per week. I plan on continuing with the Zumba and add 3 Circuit Training sessions. I hope that solves my Fat problem.
