Gave up alcohol last week, and not feeling any cravings. Need to work on my sugar intake now - no buying any chocolate for the kids! LOL

Not great on the food - but at least keeping track on this site makes the empty calories obvious - can definitely improve on this! No sweets at least! :D ^^ ....Need to get pretzels instead on cornchips... ^^
