Getting there! I have stopped counting calories as I am feeling like I was actually restricting myself too much, and the weight is falling off.
I have MS, and have been going to the gym 5 days a week. Still going, but have slowed right down on a few things because we are in a heatwave here at the moment and high temperature really effects people with MS. But, still making myself go, but only pushing to my limit. I miss the days when I could push passed my limits, but with MS, you can't. Your body just stops working. I am using my crutch for the moment to walk, but I can still use the bikes, and do abs and upper body strength exercises, just not at full capacity. So, happy days the old weight is dropping again.
