I'm not sure what happened to cause this sudden loss, but I'll take it. After diligently journaling what I ate yesterday, though, I can honestly say that it makes me make better decisions about what I eat.
130.8 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 22.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
