I completely forgot about not eating after 8:00PM.
Last night, I had a nice meal with my husband. It was 9:30PM.
I will try to follow the time schedule that I promised myself!
67.7 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
