Big jump today. Could be lack of sleep as I’ve been staying up for all the storms the past few nights. They had a potential for tornadoes so I didn’t sleep until the threat was gone and my nap yesterday was interrupted 30 minutes after I laid down.

OR it could be normal water. OR it could be because the workout yesterday. Already ate so it’s not accurate. Just 5.3oz chobani ;) . This is still in the range that I’d expect to gain after gym days. The body fat scale on the other hand gave me a surprise. It says my visceral fat went up from 4 to 5. Don’t think I can get it lower than 4 and I’m okay with 5. Think I started out with 7-8 so not too bad. That’s down 1 for every 8-10# lost. I’d hoped for a 2-3 but don’t think I’d feel good at 100-110# so I’m good with a 4-5 😉. I know I’m dehydrated so the 33% bf and 26.6% SM doesn’t bother me. No way am I 33% bf. If I use it at night the bf goes down and sm goes up because of hydration levels. Drank two bottles of water before bed, finished the last about 2am(had forgotten to take meds) yet still very thirsty today. Also had water yesterday morning and during my workout. I don’t sweat much lifting weights like I do for cardio or in the summer heat so those 4 bottles or so should’ve been enough. My body likes confusing me and I have no time for confusion today so it’ll adapt or I’ll drink more as I’m able.

Fun day for the 4 yo! Lots of stations, 3+ class competitions and pta fundraising lunch of pizza and pop. It’s rainy so indoors this year which should be a cluster... Want to crawl back in bed but an adult is required for each student, I have an appt right after and she’s expecting me to be there. She doesn’t ask for me to come to everything but she wants me there today :). So off I go to get ready and hope I don’t drag ass all day.
