No change. I have been trying to eat less calories. For my age and height it is recommended to not go above 1597 k calories. On Tuesday I had 1115 and on Wednesday I had 1220. It is hard to go lower than that.
82.3 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 18.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
