Just started Keto today! All I know about it, is that you eat high protien and no carbs. My starting weight 76.1kg, my goal 55kg

I am 7 days on keto. My weight finally started go down.

yeah, it is high fat (75% of your calories), protein is around 20% and carbs - 5%. Good luck. it is a hard work, but worth it.
