Wow. I can't believe my eyes and ears. I am beginning to loose weight even though I made a lot of mistakes and had to eat things I soulden't.
81.2 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
