Started using this app a week ago, so did my first weigh in this morning, and have lost 1.5kgs! Really enjoying being able to track my food intake. It shows you where you’re going wrong and how to correct it 😊
66.5 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
