I'm not sure why I'm getting so many weigh in reminders, but I'm adding a weight to make it go away. Not sure how I didn't gain a ton of water weight yesterday after we went to a BBQ yesterday and there was very little that was low carb friendly.
125.6 kg Lost so far: 11.0 kg.    Still to go: 16.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
