Omg. Evil evil carbs! 🤪 Joking of course. The pizza and popcorn are at fault for this though. I also know that it’s water and will come off soon. Probably not by the end of the weekend though as our Friday workout was moved to tonight. I’m working on a ‘fast’ but it’ll likely stop at 13 hours or so. Movie didn’t end until midnight and I ate popcorn during the first half of the movie. Hubbys making lunch. I would skip but with the workout later I know I need to eat something. So chicken breast it is! Will probably have some tots too. So there’s some more water my body can hold onto lol. Time to start chugging propel! Have a great Saturday my friends!

Thanks :). It’s been a battle lately with hubby working out of town, all the storms and now my oldest getting her first job where one of us has to run her back and forth every few hours. Went today and forgot the gym closed at 6! Won’t have time tomorrow either as my oldest watches her sisters when we go. No daycare there on weekends. As for measurements I took them 3/8 and 4/28 so it’s time to take them again. Periodically I measure my waist. It hasn’t lost any so I haven’t measured the whole body. I really don’t think I’ve lost fat from anywhere or gained muscle where I wanted but I could be wrong. Perhaps I’ll find time to measure soon :).
