Been a little with a lot going on and the big day is here for a colonoscopy, so now its a wait and see what the results are.

72.1 kg Lost so far: 13.9 kg. Still to go: 0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Will find out this Thursday when I see my doctor and I think it will be all good as after the procedure they said that they will see me in another 5 years
