I have had a hard three weeks. Restart. 2 more pellets left. 5 more days of HCG. Hope to get back to 224 and praying for 220. But I’ll take 224. Today ... green beans and chicken. Tomatoes and strawberry for snack.
105.1 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 46.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
