I will eat Keto today! Started the day right with Keto coffee. Meal plan for the day: lunch: cucumber sticks, sour cream and mayo dip. Afternoon Snack: Keto coffee. supper: pork chop, cucumber sticks with vegetable cream cheese dip, spinach salad with vinegar & oil. Peanut butter coconut fat bomb.
81.3 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
