Not so bad, considering it was my sons birthday this week, and I ate at an all you can eat Buffett and had a big piece of Mars cheesecake.
120.8 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 41.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
