Wow! I think my sodium in take was a bit higher yesterday. I am on no more than
2000 mg a day for sodium. I have not gotten that high or over in more than a month. usually no more than 1700 mg to 1800 mg. Still my weight is up and down like a yoyo.
80.6 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 17.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
