WELLLLL, July 4th holiday was a disaster for my diet! I ate, drank (something I don't normally do) and merried my way to a weight gain of about 2 1/2 lbs, UGH!!! Of course, some of it was probably water weight, as I'm now once again back to 154.5 lbs. Same as the beginning of the year. I've made zero progress, losing a few lbs only to gain them right back. The fact that I've had to quit running is probably a big part of the problem. At least I did put some time in on my treadclimber over the weekend, and really there's no reason why I can't put in 30 - 45 minutes every day. (Okay, I've got to work up to 45 minutes - did manage 40 last night!) Really want off this Yo-Yo, gotta figure out what's wrong with my diet. Okay, enough complaining - I do hope everyone had a fun time on July 4th, and that it wasn't too hard on the waistlines!
