Good still in the 170's. Baby steps are best anyway. Easier to keep off.
My son is doing realy well, he still has his stiches in. U don't think it will leave any bad scars.
80.3 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
