OK couldn't say no to some fries today - I eat crap when stressed or a lot going on.
Any ideas or tips on how to stop this ? If anyone has tips - they would be welcomed
90 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 30 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
