Getting there slowly. My weightloss is starting to taper down. I have now stopped eating ice-cream for the meanwhile. I am also trying to keep my calories high whilst still losing weight so I do not inadvertently my metabolism. I guess first and foremost I am happy I have restarted the weightloss road again. I will be setting my goals this weekend and which diet/lifestyle I would like to pursue so small Dilemma here. I will look at my goals so maybe I may start with Keto then balance it up down the track. Intermitant fasting when ever I have no clue what to do is a good back up option I have now found.
126.9 kg Lost so far: 27.2 kg.    Still to go: 39.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
