Lightest I've been for over 20 years, it's a long slow process and I have had a few disastrous fails bringing ups and downs in my weight loss journey, but here's the thing Don't get discouraged when you stuff up just get back into it and learn by it. This app is teaching me a lot about my body and helping me understand what foods and drinks are my friends and which ones I should avoid. In saying this I still have the things I love just not every day and nowhere near the amount I would once have consumed. Good Luck everybody everyone's weight loss journey is different, but we all have the same intent. p.s My original weight was 114.5 kg on my 170 cm frame, No good, NEVER again.
