Kinda like these days where I eat high calories then wake up to find I’m down half a pound lol. Maintenance rocks!

It always surprises me when that happens. I'll be very low cal for the day & gain a pound. I go over my RDI and drop a pound. It's like the scale and my body are in a partnership to screw with me.
