I haven't officially weighed myself, but I'm around 86/87 kg now.

I'm finding I'm not hungry on the keto diet. If anything I'm struggling to eat a big meal, even when I fast breakfast.

I'm cooking a beef spare rib for dinner tonight. I do miss the roast potato and pumpkin, parsnip etc.

I find the stalk from a cabbage or cauliflower makes a reasonable substitute, if cut chunky.

88 kg Lost so far: 17 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
