walked 3 laps, doing 10 push-ups after each, then walked 3 more as a warm up. (each lap = 1/10 a mile).
deadlift:
205 x 10 245 x 10 265 x 10 315 x 6 345 x 4
dumbell curl to overhead press, 30 pounds each arm: 10 8 6 4 4
I can tell I've been focusing too much on barbell bench and barbell overhead press, cause all the muscles on the back side of my body were screamin'!
