this is actually fr Tuesday.

walked 3 laps, doing 10 push-ups after each, then walked 3 more as a warm up. (each lap = 1/10 a mile).

deadlift:

205 x 10
245 x 10
265 x 10
315 x 6
345 x 4

dumbell curl to overhead press, 30 pounds each arm:

I can tell I've been focusing too much on barbell bench and barbell overhead press, cause all the muscles on the back side of my body were screamin'!
138.3 kg Lost so far: 23.1 kg.    Still to go: 24.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.0 kg a Week
