January I didnt get to go to the gym like I wanted to but I am losing weight I no I would of had a bigger weight loss if I would of went to the gym.....
105.2 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 41.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
