Well, I have been ill so that SHOULD help in my efforts to lose weight huh? lol I am a bit stressed with all the stuff going on but if I can stay focused through this, I can lose the weight AND be healthier.
95.3 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 29.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
