Ive been travelling on busses for 4 days this week. Im all bloated from all the sitting down and crap food. My calf muscles feel like they are going to explode from the fluid retention. Feeling very blah today.
108 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 43 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
