Day 7 of intuitive eating 💕 drinking my 🌶 coffee and reflecting on my time here💚💜 I am beyond thankful for my weight loss💯 I’m am proud of myself for getting here and humble to know I still have a lot of work to do, and proud that I stayed the same in my beliefs this whole way through. I don’t have to be everyone’s cup of tea. If you don’t like someone saying be kind and stop shaming others, that says something about you, not me. Have a great day friends💕☀️

I agree. And then they shame you if they think you are shaming them. Such a MESS. And childish. Soooo enough said on THAT!! I’m having my coffee too. Cousin who’s visiting from the UK brought me some specialty coffee we can’t get here. Delish!!!! Hmmmmm... cheers luv!! ❤️😘☕️

Good morning Court😘💕❤️💚💜 thanks love 💗!! I’m off work today because I have a rheumatologist appointment so we will see how that goes😊 I got the rest of the day to chill and study, maybe watch a good movie 🍿or even bust out my extremely old Windsor Pilates dvd😊 Hope you have a great day too!!🤗🤗💕

😂😂...just looked it up on youtube! It is definitely 2004! lol. But, looks like a great way to get started! Chill and studying sounds good - the pilates video would make a good study break - will help you retain more. Good luck at your appointment today!

😂😂😂😂😂 it was a sign the other day when it randomly fell on the floor when I grabbed my bible for bible study. God was all like” Ok JC, you want to exercise, then do it, don’t talk about it...be about it” 😂😂ok sign taken!! Lol pray for me friend that I don’t break something or get stuck🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️😂 I’m sure my appointment will be fine. The plaquenil really started kicking in. I don’t have week long flares anymore, just a day or so.

"Don’t talk about it...be about it” 100!! Go slow. Be mindful of when you move from one position to the other. Like imagine moving slow similar to moving each vertebrae at a time. You can start by doing 15 minutes - break for a moment (like 1 minute) - then do that same 15 minutes again.

Sounds like a plan😊 especially with all my herniated discs in my neck and lumbar. Slow and steady. It’s definitely my time to start some exercise ❤️

If you have herniated discs - you probably are limited in similar way I am limited - weights and bending cause the wrong type of pain. If your vid has any crunches - look up "boat pose" - that may be better for you - and do it with knees bent. For any straight leg raise type exercise, only put your leg as far down as you can go and stop. If your lower back starts raising off the floor you have put your leg down too far. As you progress - I would eventually google "herniated discs exercise"

Thanks for that advice 😊 yea, like I cannot lay in the floor on my back without pain and laying on my belly just with my neck lifted throws me into a month long of neck pain and agony. I can do planks though that actually feel really good like stretching out my back and I just keep my head down.

Planks are great! If you do any type of neck roll - lead with your nose, like you are smelling something in the air.
