To lose or gain Chris lol. Can’t decide which I’m trying to do I guess. Was working on a gain but I’m gaining fat and scales show no muscle gain :/. So kinda working on a mini cut this week. Haven’t felt that great so it’s more because of that than actually planned ahead lol.

Lol I know. Patience is a virtue. Hubby said the same so I’m outnumbered it seems. Hopefully my appetite comes back because force feeding myself this week wasn’t fun. Except the days we ate out. Those two days were fun lol. *sigh* I’ll keep trying to gain then. ;)
