This is your life long journey to get healthy and look and feel good. Get a cork board and make yourself an "inspiration board". Write down the reasons why you want to lose weight. Put up pictures, recipes, quotes, anything that inspires you. You CAN do this!

The fact the you are using this forum tells me that you have a great drive inside of you. Just take each day at a time. Focus on how well you are doing each moment and tomorrow will take care of itself...

Thank you guys so much! I come from a family where most of the women are over weight so I don't really get as much support as I would like. They think that my weight is ok as is but I know that it's not. So I rely on online buddies, people who are trying to do the same thing as me. I really appreciate all the encouraging words and suggestions. Thanks guys!
