Jogging for over an hour should unless you think it's all fat burning?

If not idk why I dropped fast as soon as I started running. Maybe it facilitated a woosh.

Then why did you say glycogen goes first unless you're fat adapted? Anyway, bottom line is I ran and went from 183 to 178, now I've bounced back to 18-181 since I quit running. My basine hydration must be up.

Anyway, I've always heard aerobic activity burns glycogen, just at a lower percentage than sprinting or lifting heavy. So even if it's at a lower percentage, doing it for an hour straight should cause water loss since each gram of glycogen holds 3-4 grams of water. I'm not in the 170s now and it's not cause I am gaining fat so either way, it's lean mass.

You're good man! But you're right, I shouldn't do it too often. I'm only running half the distance and half as many times per week. Just a little boost to fat loss if I can control the hunger it can cause and I have so far. It's easier to hit 200+ grams of protein when I can have 3k calories.

Seems to be helping with strength gains. Yeah, I will try to get 200+ from now on.

Do you know what I find funny? People keep talking about this fat adapted thing like it's something we have to strive for or need ketosis for but what are we using for energy besides fat? You don't use glycogen unless you're stressing the body for 60+ minutes so what are we using in the mean time? We are fat burning machines keto or not.
