Have started the alcohol experiment yesterday, just going to go 30 days with no drinks. Haven’t been great with diet, haven’t been well either. Intermittent fasting yes, I’m sure with no alcohol influences my food choices will be better.
81.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
