240 kcal over yesterday. Which is completely fine as I’m building muscle BUT I expected a larger gain today. Especially since I’m lactose intolerant and I had ice cream. No real way to calculate the malt so I just guessed based on the amount I think it would’ve been in a bowl. Thankfully I’d had a bowl of ice cream the other day so I think my guess is fairly accurate.
Squat day! May do some hip thrusts at home before we go if I have time. Not sure how it’ll feel with the curl bar but I can try right?!? I can’t do them on the ground but it was Dawn I believe that said to use a bench. I’ll do that if I have time :). I’ve seen it done at the gym so I bet I can mimic it.
Feel so hungry but was able to decline hubby’s offer of making me sausage. Coffee and Splenda will be enough for now.
Woke up a lot so I’m exhausted too. Hoping for a nap before the gym. Also need to wash my hair. It got wet in the rain last night and now looks greasy?? From rain, lol.
