Did everything right. No straying from half my cal intake and same energy output. Even before I stepped on the scales, I knew I hadn't lost any. I suppose a loss of .1 kg is better than a plus .l kg. So I'll try for another week of strict regimentation.
90.1 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
