Week 16 More than happy with the loss. Onwards and downwards!
126.6 kg Lost so far: 14.5 kg.    Still to go: 35.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Mrscott3. Think there was a problem with my scales last week. There was some fluff and a small pebble under one foot so hence the big drop I think.

No problem, I’m George, don’t know how I ended up with mrgscott, that’s my email. I only have the app on my phone and ipad so I can’t change it, least I don’t think I can. I tend not to weigh myself weekly, usually twice a month or just monthly. I prefer a measuring tape and clothes. We are more than a number on a machine. Stick in there sir!
