I miss the big drops!! But I think when we’re larger and start to lose the drops are significant.

PLanks are wonderful for core strength .  

Yes wholefoodnut 💪💪🤗 I used to do them before my hysterectomy in May and was told by surgeon to wait till 11-15 weeks post op. I just had stopped doing them all together. I love planks 🤗 Today is day 4 of 10 days of Planksgiving. Getting ready to bust mine out💪💪💜💚
