So on fridays i touch 52 kg 🤪 and then the weekend comes.... with alll its glory and temptations 😂😂 and then on Mondays i start again ...... vicious cycle 😂😂
52.8 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
