Ok Chris I’m eating like you said. Now why am I gaining a pound a day?? That’s a lot of water, muscle or fat to gain.

Probably my sodium intake with Thanksgiving meals and not drinking enough water to flush it out. No biggie :).
57.0 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I worked out with the same weights but it didn’t seem as heavy. Got in a solid 6 reps every time and up to 10 yesterday. That’s even a day early so didn’t have my extra days break before doing all the bench work. Neutral grip Pull-up was a now go afterward lol. Gotta remember to do it first but I’ve been doing some at home with my bands again. Just had to tease you some. 😉
