Some water weight coming off is all.

Friend, I dream of your weight 🤗 I was so fit in HS at 125-135 would hit 145-150 in winter and still be a curvy size 7. You’re doing awesome! I can’t wait to just hit Onederland🤗

Thanks Melissa. JC you’ll get there! Why do people weigh more in winter? I’ve always wondered that. Cold means more time indoors and more food? I always stayed about the same but remember eating more in the summer. I was more active then but I also had show animals so was pretty active all year. Maybe that’s why I didn’t experience the fluctuations? I was called a hard gainer as a kid because I didn’t seem to gain and lost easily until I hit 20ish. Now I gain water by looking at the salt shaker lol.
