Rough day yesterday. Back on track today. Weight is UP today for the first time this year, after my crazy-eating day yesterday. "Forgetting those things which are behind, and looking forward to to those things which are ahead, I press toward the mark!" Temporary set-back. Onward and DOWNward (weight-wise)!!! CHARGE!!!
94.3 kg Lost so far: 23.1 kg.    Still to go: 26.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

I ate an Italian sub on Sunday and my weight was up 7 pounds the next morning 😱... I’m pretty much back to where I was ( I did 850 calories for a couple days)... I think the lesson will stick for awhile 😬😉😂
