got weighed today at drs. appt...was scared to see the damage but not really bc I'm loving how my body and muscles look. I look great/curvy in clothes (butt...lol) and feel super sexy with them off...of course... a woman is never satisfied and still need to focus on my core. it's been a while since I counted calories bc I wanted to gain. now I will focus on maintaining. if my memory serves me right (which it never does) my goal at 1 point was to get down to 159 so I wouldn't be "considered overweight "...that ideal weight shit is so outdated. I am tall and solid....soooooo, what should I do with these 3 pounds? lol...I think my ideal weight right now will be 160. soooo- I'll focus on losing 2 pounds! that's it😉😉😉 as long as it doesn't come from my buttocks! OK!😉😉😉🖐👍
