All went well over the weekend, it all comes down to my family eats what they eat, and I eat what I eat, period. Sometimes they look at my cauliflower and black beans and spinach ensemble, and go, "EWWWW" and I say "back off, this is mine!" :D
96.2 kg Lost so far: 18.6 kg.    Still to go: 28.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
