It is amazing to me that just cutting out the JUNK carbs, and bumping up the fat along with some protein, has resulted in 10 pounds lost since January 26th. Yes, I know, some of it is water, and that's OK. Never hungry, think more clearly, and actually just feel better. :D
57.6 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
