Bounced up 1 pound, most likely due to too much salt in chicken broth yesterday. But, that's ok... Keto On as ya'll say!
57.2 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
