Ah, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and its getting brighter. This month has been good with daily weigh ins. Some days with a loss and some days with a gain but overall there has been a loss of weight. Diet has been with good foods and no garbage with a calorie content of under a 1000 per day. Broke the 1000 barrier only 4 times so overall I am happy. I think what has helped is to keep busy and to do those chores straight away and not put them off, we all know the old saying "ah i'll do it tomorrow" but we all know what happens there. Enough of my rant for now.
72.0 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
