Yay, something's paying off - down by 900g. Feeling pretty pleased with myself.
Thought I'd start looking at some clothes that I'd love to wear when I shift more weight off. That should give me some inspiration!
I went to a little 'food festival' yesterday but managed to not go mad on the delicious food options. So hoping that will all come out in the wash this week and not impact my next weigh in.
I have a few challenging weeks coming up - going away for 6 days to say with family to take in a 2-day work conference - and I'm sure you all know what huge amounts of food options are laid out at those things - not quite sure how I'll make it through - luckily I don't have a sweet tooth so if I keep the carbs to smaller serves I may survive!

Anyway I have one more weigh in before that challenging week starts......
84 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You're doing so well! Identifying a potential trigger is a major step in getting through it! I like to bring some pre-packaged snacks for these things as they prevent me over-indulging. If you're prepared with healthier options, you're much less likely to cave in to having something you don't want to be eating.
