Holding water from the pizza last night I think.

I’ve always wondered how much I urinate so for giggles I weighed before peeing and after this morning. A difference of 1.8#! That’s a lot of liquid lol. Probably tmi but it’s something I’ve always wondered about lol. Now I know :).
57.7 kg Lost so far: 15.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
