I am new to this app, It is a great platform to be motivated. I started my keto (very low carb diet) from 1st March 2020 with 100 kg weight. My goal is to achieve 60 kg.
Guidance and suggestions are most welcome. It will be great if you all can guide and help me and motivate me in my journey of weight loss.

100 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 30 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
